Inside Scoop, beyond Instagram, beside baking here is what you can expect that I speak about
I’m Nadia, mom of three, and I’ve called Riyadh home for almost 20 years.
I actually started out as a project manager in an IT company, then moved here as a trailing spouse and slowly reinvented myself—more than once!
Over the years, I’ve:
- Decorated over 1,000 cakes in 16 years
- Earned a City & Guilds diploma in pastry
- Attended multiple chocolate and bread and cakes workshops
- Worked as a freelance research writer
- Run a 14-year-old baking blog
At some point I realised: it’s time to turn all these recipes and stories into something tangible.
So I went back and learnt photography to bring my bakes to life on the page.
Now I’ve finally gathered the courage to say “no” to more cake orders so I can say “yes” to my bigger dream.
I’m now teaching baking through online classes and blog. Aspiring to be holistically fit (mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually).
